The customer service from Tina was absolute trash. Probably the rudest employee I have ever encountered. When I ordered a drink from the Starbucks website she chose to be condescending and said “I don’t know why you keep asking me for that drink”. Before explaining that they do not carry all drinks from the website. When asked to repeat the points on our card she didn’t even bother to check again and said “idk I just say them the first time and don’t memorize it”. The other lady who made our drink was much more cheerful and friendlier. Don’t work at a customer service job if you can’t deliver decent customer service.

I get a tall vanilla latte almost weekly at this specific location. Yesterday I was given a small cup for my latte. When I pointed out that I ordered a tall not a small, the gal said..well were not a real Starbucks, we arent owned by them. This is our tall. I asked if they re branded the cups. She was annoyed and took my coffee and poured it into a tall cup added some milk, put a lid on it and handed it to me. It had no vanilla flavor at all and was watery. I pay cash for my coffees, not casino points. Not that it should matter, as the product should be consistent…in size and flavor

11-3-21 3:00pm. I ordered a Heated Carmel Pecan roll and asked the lady if it could be heated in the Oven she said it was in cleaning cycle. She opened it it was not in cleaning I asked how long she said one hour. I said thanks and walked away. That’s when she turned on the oven to clean mode. She lied to me, I hate that.
