Very disappointed the way I got service at this location. I went to buy my frappe today the barista name Christian has no sense of how to give customer service to their customers. I was standing at the register for 3-4 mins and he saw me he didn’t greet me or anything and he was talking to other employee. The employee told him to help me because I was waiting for him to talk my order. He is always been like this. He always Talk rudely with the customers. Not coming to this location again.

The quick service and great drinks are a wonderful thing to have at Starbucks. My only gripe with all of the Starbucks I’ve been to is that they are always really late for the mobile pre-orders so you might as well just order there to get the fastest results. The line is never that long and is always moving quickly anyway.

I’ve always loved this Kroger but the morning I went to get a coffee and I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer. Her name was Nuguma, as it said on the receipt, but I believe her name tag said “star”. She didn’t even greet me, didn’t respond to half of the things I said, and had a very nasty look on her face the entire time while taking my order. After I paid I asked her for the receipt and she just straight up ignored me, walked away, walked back and handed me my receipt without a word. Absolutely disgusted by her lack of being a decent human being, especially to customers.
