Had to get hassled by the staff that didn’t know what they were doing to tell me I didn’t pay for something within fact I had it on the app. It showed what I paid. My bank account showed that it was taken out but yeah it was an issue to get my sandwich. Worst experience at McDonald’s thus far Will not return to this one that is a definite 100% sure.

The manager here is the rudest person I’ve ever met. He was screaming at my wife and he denied service because our window was broken, my wife opened the door to order and he denied the service. I was about to call the police because all the staff was laughing at my wife. It was 1:30 am an we were arriving from a long trip, but this was beyond any animal behavior. My wife asked for the costumer service number and the manager told her through the closed window: Don’t you know how to use Google? I think he was drugged or something, it is not normal on a “manager” to treat anybody like that. Yes, my wife is a very good looking and was well dressed so she didn’t seem like an intoxicated or indecent person, we just wanted to feed our twins that were starving on our van. We would never, ever will buy anything on Mc Donald’s again. They charge us though the app but they didn’t give us the food, can we file a claim on the Winter Park police department?

Every time I try to go to this location, parking lot is empty and they appear to be closed despite store hours. Only went here to try to get the Grimace meal bc it was the only nearby location it was available. Should’ve known better. Most of the reviews are 1 star. This store is the worst out of all of them . Several times I have placed a mobile order for pick up to get there and they tell me there closed till morning . Then I have to wait 5 to 15 days for a refund . This is almost theft in my book . Staff is very rude about it also . Asked to speak with a manager and the drive thru guy tells me to pull up to 2nd window them ignores me and laughs at me till I leave.very disrespectful staff and very unprofessional. Do not waist your time .

Walked in around 7pm. Offensive rap music was playing loudly. Employees out of uniform were ignoring walkup diners while they sang to the music (including racial vulgarities). Food wasn’t made right. 1 young lady do I ng her job while everyone else was there to play. No clean tables anywhere.

Definitely not 24 hours. Went just now (11pm), and they denied us saying they weren’t taking orders. Their sign says 24 hour drive through but it is not true. Don’t go late hours. I’ve had this happen once before too.

No dine in is available, long lines in the drive through, no ice in your drinks and a sandwich that literally has fallen apart. The service at this location has gone down hill since Covid 2020. Even the staff has forgotten to be friendly.
