The food is usually good but they have new staff, I’ve been ordering the same thing for the past 2 years. The young lady who took my order recently didn’t sound like she was paying attention to my order. She also sounded physically distant fork the phone and couldn’t hear what I had to say, I had to yell into my phone just to order. But when I went to pick my order up they had a completely different thing from what I thought I was getting. I called back to ask why and she said that what I said is what I got. Truthfully I like the food but I believe they can have better service. When I also walked in she was on her phone instead of being at the counter as-well.

We came to the East point mall location to celebrate my nephews birthday the food was pretty decent we got the large seafood platter which came with a nice amount of food.. me and my husband shared it..it’s big enough to feed at least 3-4 people depending on how much you can eat …I would like to personally thank the manager Joe who fixed our bill at the end and took care of the other needs of our guest at the table. Although I must say that they may need to think about retraining some of there waiters when it comes to proper customer service . Some of them seem to be pretty overwhelmed. I’m guessing this is mostly with large groups. We barely seen our waiter the whole time we was there. She never came back to check on the table to see if anything was needed as a few of us were missing items and needed items that should have been either already placed on the table or bought out when the food comes out.

I would have gave your 5 stars But the lady that checks people in Ask me for a tip I came into store And pick my food up she did not make it she did not bring it to I don’t know why she think she deserves a tip if anybody deserve the tip is the cook please have your staff stop asking for a tip if the customer is coming in to pick up their food it don’t make sense The only person I would tip if I come to pick up my food as the cook I really was offended that she asked me for a tip
