Ordered pizza on the app for pickup. I get to the store about 15 minutes after the app said it should be done but they hadn’t even started my order. Tried saying it never popped up as I watched her take the print out and toss it. Asked me what I had ordered like she didn’t just read it and never asked for proof of payment so she obviously saw that I ordered and paid already. Tried the other Casey’s just north from this one and 10x better, this one could learn from them.

Went to pick up my $40 worth of pizza tonight here and the clerk was so rude from the moment I walked in. I am usually compelled to be overly nice to customer service workers knowing how trying some customers can be. But the cashier was so rude by the end I had to let her know I didn’t appreciate her poor attitude just to be even further attacked. This is not my usual Casey’s I go to my online order just got mixed up on ordering online but I will make sure I never have to go here again!
