Today is Friday September 1st at 12:54 p.m. I was greeted on the intercom by a young gentleman who was very kind and voice was kind and patient while I took my order and I was very impressed with him so much I had to bring the manager she was wonderful as well and the other lady that gave me my order all of them greeted with a smile. And the food being hot and awesome is wonderful the turkey egg sandwich is wonderful

Looks to be run by younger staff. Line was beyond long and after waiting for mobile order, my coffee was to be prepared hot but was prepared iced in error. Pulled ahead to wait, with window lowered a little to listen out- young lady didn’t notice, and said nothing, knocking on my window literally in my face. Coffee was lukewarm and so was food, in addition to burnt & skimpy portion of bacon on my croissant sandwich.

Sorry to say but the coffee taste wired. It’s was the new pumpkin coffee. Coffee taste old kind of sour taste. Their customer service is bad no one says anything no eye contact no nothing. It was the mobile order. They keep the in desk where it supposed to be on the small shelf side of register. While taking the cup she said nothing was busy with something. Having fun with other friend.

Used to be 5 stars, however the inconsistent quality of their drinks has moved it to a 1 star. It seems as if the employees here intentionally make bad drinks. Not sure how you can serve drinks that are pure milk and almost no espresso. When you have a machine that gives the correct portion each time you click the button?

I went for the past 2 days to get a donut for my daughter who wasn’t feeling well. Both times I was assisted by a very kind, friendly staff member! She actually made my day on Thursday, said Happy Thursday and gave us an extra donut. Dunkin is really lucky to have this employee! She’s the reason we went back today too!

Its hard to give just two stars to donuts. The donuts are good. There are better donuts around but they work. The drinks are good. The service is terrible. It seems every time I go there the service is slow or they mess something up.
