We’ve been here quite a few times so far and the shows have been great. It’s a comedy club, so I don’t expect much in terms of food and I get that drinks will be a bit over priced. That’s all well and good. Yesterday however, we noticed the club charges a 20% service fee that’s automatically added to your bill before taxes (that’s right you get to pay sales tax on their fee). It doesn’t say gratuity, so I don’t think it goes to the wait staff. The fee is not disclosed or explained anywhere. So now I have to choose between having to pay 40% extra in tips and this stupid fee or if I wanna stiff the wait staff their tip because management is greedy and expects their patrons not to look at their itemized receipts???

I’ve seen multiple shows at The Grove and every one has been a great experience. The top names that they bring are some of the best in the business. The atmosphere has always been top notch. I love the intimate setting of a smaller venue but with the big name talent. I highly recommend you go see a show or a few there. You won’t regret it.

Smoke free environment is a huge plus. The place is awesome and so much fun. The food is overpriced and not fantastic (they also limited the already pretty small menu) I suggest eating before (or after) and just getting drinks!

I love the people here! This is by far the best comedy club I’ve ever been to. Great shows, food & drinks. Location is a plus.

Great performances by all three. Loved the fries & burgers. Order was incorrect, service was slow & inefficient. Spinach dip was average, chips were crispy. Tea & beverages were made well but beer selection was small. Ushering was quick. Liked using the tea candles to alert wait staff. Pricing was fair. Overall, we will be back! A great evening & I love that The Grove is in NWA!

Just saw Pauly Shore and had dinner with my daughters. Show was fun, people were pleasant, my daughter’s hamburger was raw. Brown on the outside, completely raw on the inside. Asked to speak to a manager but the only person who came out was a very young man, I suspect the cook. Daughter said she didn’t want it and asked that it be taken off the bill. It wasn’t. We sent the bill back insisting that the hamburger be taken off. Won’t eat here again.

First off, we really enjoyed the entertainment. However, the food was ok. We had an appetizer and our chips were very stale. The wait staff was fast to bring us fresh chips, but there was other parts of our meal that was lacking as well… on to the venue, it really could use some updating. I didn’t enjoy being on top of the comedian right up on the stage. My back/ neck/butt was killing me from being turned sideways all evening, and the table next to us was so close I could barely turn my chair to enjoy the show

Went for a comedy show, entertainment was great food was good. They lock your phone inside of a case so u can’t take pics or video past the front counter. Yes u still have it, it just isn’t accessible to you while the show is going on. I didn’t like it but their place their rules! Otherwise it was great…who knew Pauley shore was still around? No, that’s not who I was there to see!

My husband and I went there tonight. It was an horrible experience. The seating is just absolutely awful. We had to turn our necks to see the stage . Packed in like sardines. We could not enjoy the people in stage. The manager was not helpful, wouldn’t listen to our complaints. We will not go back that is for sure. Very disappointing

This was a great comedy club with a great atmosphere and some big names. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was ideal. The food was good and reasonably priced with a full menu. Great evening.
