Accidentally ordered from this store instead of my usual. Highly regretting that mistake. Chow mein tastes like dirt. Honey walnut shrimp is mushy and flavorless. Only halfway decent thing was the orange chicken, and even it was tougher than usual. I had an order of rangoons, and not one single Rangoon had ANY filling inside. Absolute waste of time and $15 as I couldn’t eat any of it other than the orange chicken.

So we’ve gone here a few times and usually the food really isn’t too bad, especially for its price point ! Unfortunately today was a bit different when we got our fried rice, which was burnt and ending up being very crunchy. The rangoons were also just, off I can’t really describe it. The texture wasn’t like what we usually get and it felt as if they had been reheated. The greens and chow mein we got were good though, just these two items we’re disappointing.

Cooked cockroach in chow mein, Ordered on doordash so refund was easy, called store to let them know to throw away that batch of noodles, they told me to take a picture and go to the store to get reimbursed for my troubles, so that was nice, however now I’m scared to eat panda express now

The women who served me was terrible rude, gave me barely any food. She was apparently the manager and then over charged me and I ended leaving because I didn’t want to deal with a person who’s a manager and can’t even ring up items correctly. Also why so cheap with the portions like two bite for each and then 1 scoop of rice I feel cheated here. This will be the last time I visit this location.

On May 8th -lunxh time there were 4 of us that went to this Panda Express. Service and food was outstanding. Unfortunately while eating there we saw 1 of the women employees decided to stand on the counter next to the drinks and do something with the ice machine. when she was done, she never wipe down the counter. Very poor sanitation around this area where we get our drinks. All of us are wondering why she never had a ladder get to this ice machine we have never seen anything like this going into any restaurant or fast food place. Management should be aware of this better education is needed.

I got food poisoning from their chow Mein noodles or their honey walnut shrimp. That’s all I ordered last night and have been vomiting non Stop. Went to urgent care and they said I do have food poisoning. I hope no one else is getting sick from this place

Good customer service and the food was nice and hot. Also, if possible, don’t go through the drive thru, go inside and order your food. I feel like they give you more food when you’re physically standing there and they are less likely to mess up your order.

Very friendly and kind staff. The food seemed fresher than I’m used to in the locations I frequent in Denver, AND the place was spotless when I walked in right at the end of lunch rush!

I get it is fast food but she literally threw the food at me when picking it up. The lady wouldn’t even give me time to check it first before driving away. The picture looks nice but less than 5minutes into eating it I began GAG REFLEXING and couldn’t finish even half of it.
