Pulled up in drive thru had to wait at least 5mins before ordering …. Then get order taken and she didnt even. Understand my order and then gave me 2 small burgers with lg fries an lg drinks…. Then then remade my meals and they were still wrong…. So i tried contacting the store 3xtimes and no answer….. So i reached out to another location just to get guidance on how to properly reach them since they ignored my calls once they got a hold of me she couldnt refund my order or replace it and my order was over $20.00+ im very upset with this situation on top of that everyone that had orders were upset ….. This needs to be addressed because this is the reason business’s cant progress because instead of people wanting to work they have people there to just get money instead of people that want to work…. Multiple people says the same thing…. i hate it i even went there never again will i go to this location ever again because staff just don’t care

Drive thru was packed so opted to order inside. They were short staffed which the cashier was sure to give a heads up so you had the option to wait or leave. Even with the busy drive-thru I got my food relatively quick. The fries were a bit cold,too much sauce on my burger but she gave me hot onion rings and chicken nuggets. Thru it all the food was great and the attitude of the the 3 person grill was impressive. Thanks guys!

However there was a different lady today at the front, She didn’t even acknowledge my presence, heavy set with braids and a red burger shirt, I friendly said hi twice, she look at me and didn’t even blink. After 7min of me waiting, she finally got to the register, I said hi to her again but she didn’t said nothing, I ask her what was on the Ult plate, she told me straight up she don’t know, maybe eggs. She didn’t ask me if I wanted anything else. I ask if the meal come with a drink and she said no so I bought a new one. She push me to pay right away. I forgot to order french toast, so I have to wait again for her to take that order. I noticed she serve the potatos without gloves and handle the register at the same time. I didn’t said much thinking she may be having a rough day however as soon as a male coworker come in she was all smiles and giggles.
