VERY AWARE that we arrived around 8:30!and they close at 9, but my shift just finished. Took my break at 8:18 actually just to drive there to arrive at 8:30..Better effort could’ve been put in on the kitchen part of my order experience. My burger was kind of just thrown together and it’s okay to melt vegan cheese! Also my onion rings were OVERCOOKED and COLD! My salad and the fries were really good! My burger was good as well, but the top bun and cheese were off to the side.

I pick this place frequently because of CONSISTENCY compared to many other places that can deliver the whole package, but NOT w/ consistency for the return customer. This is the name of the game in terms of my loyalty to a restaurant. This place gives me reason to go far less to sit-down restaurants, like nearby Fidel’s, Jacal’s, Thai, Italian.

The gentleman that took the order seemed lost and had trouble with fixing a mistake. The order i received was wrong. There were at least 4 people at the front with 2 registers. This location is not a place i will visit or spend my money again. The food was okay… A chicken sandwich, a drink and small fry was over $20. Everything was just okay.

Burger lounge has one of the best burgers. I had the Husky which is a Double Grass Fed Beef, Double Organic Cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Tomato, Fresh Onions, Pickles, BL 1000 Island sauce. Delicious. The Half and Half is fried plus onion rings. I love that. I wish more places would offer half and half but I guess that is what makes Burger Lounge special. I wash all that down with a refreshing Hibiscus Lemonade. I really enjoyed my lunch at burger lounge.
