Why is it so difficult to understand that when someone orders black beans, they don’t want steak??? The incompetence is truly incredible. I will no longer be patronizing Taco Bell because this isn’t the first time this has happened, and it’s extremely annoying to take a bite of a burrito expecting black beans, and get steak.

The manager is phenomenal the only reason he store is not getting 5 stars.. the Mexican pizza was sour. Weird taste didn’t eat half of it. Not sure yet I think it had something to do with the shell. Manager keep it up, Taco Bell give her a raise!!

Came in at 12:22. Rush hour. Didn’t get food at 12:44pm ( trust me understand wait) 4 people making food and one running window. People standing waiting for orders for 5 to 4 minutes. Few of them were elderly. Even with wait my food was warm and correct.

they had us pull forward to make fresh food so we did. waited about 30 mins so we went inside to check on the status. They were like ‘sorry it’s a large order’ ok that’s understandable but we were the only customers there and had waited a really long time so I just don’t understand that. But fine whatever I figured i guess I’ll still get fresh food. but nah it was literally disgusting and cold like it hadn’t even been cooked like I just don’t understand how that happens

I rarely go inside, so I only learned on this visit that they have a cool ordering kiosk that makes the whole process super easy and convenient. Quality of the food was great. I have a choice of three locations near me and this one’s my favorite.
