My new favorite place in Ames! Great protein and super fresh ingredients, I have took 3 poke bowls a week and never gotten sick ever! The salmon and tuna are amazing. The staff is always nice and accommodating! The place is always clean too. Would highly recommend!

Love this place!! My boyfriend and I became regulars and go at least once every 1-2 weeks 🙂 The ingredients always taste fresh and they put in a generous portion of salmon. 100x better than the poke bowl at the MU for sure. The owners are always very nice as well!!

Me and my girlfriend come here every week and have built a good relationship with the owners. They are both super nice and they always have the best service. If I could, I would give them 6 stars, all their ingredients are super fresh and the beverages are amazing as well. There’s a lot of variety, there is food and beverages for all kinds of people.
