It used to be a lot better. Unfortunately cost cutting measures really took its toll. The burgers used to be fresh but are now frozen, and I can imagine other items are now as well.

Always a great place to eat. The menu is long and the food is excellent. Everything that I’ve tried was awesome. The servers were very friendly, respectful and attentive to your needs and drink glasses. A very good choice when deciding on a dinner out.

I went here with my sister for lunch. It’s a really nice place to eat & drink in the Kittanning area. The service was excellent. Food was great except I thought the blackened shrimp on tje tacos was a little over-salted. I highly recommend their peanut butter pie.

Waitress was really good. 2nd time being here. Personally I would fire the cooks. Fish was greasy wife orderd seafood stuffed mushrooms came out with just breading. Like the atmosphere like the service but food could be a lot better. McDonald’s would have made better food.

Dinner Friday night at Rachel’s Roadhouse was very pleasant. I had the 8 oz sirloin and my partner had the mahi mahi. Both commendable with fresh ingredients. Service and attitude of all the staff was excellent! Large seating capacity with no wait although they were busy. Good overall experience and I’d return and reccomend!

It was Mothers Day and a last minute decision to take our Mother there …it was a comfortable busy being later in the day and our server still had a smile on her face and checked on us frequently. Waiting until the day of and later in their day could have made for a unpleasant experience but it was a great experience all around
