I was sick of Subway and decided to give these guys a try. The Firehouse product is far superior to Subway: better bread, better tuna salad, better brisket, better service. The only thing is that Subway has fresh spinach and Firehouse doesn’t. Other than that, this chain is the superior sandwich shop by far.

Ordered online, got there and sub wasn’t ready even though on the app it said it would be ready as I arrived. Got there and the kids at the store said it’s not due for 10 min so they made me wait 20 min to receive the sub I paid for upfront online. Food was awesome, service was terrible. Employees were rude!
