I have been a regular customer at this Blake’s location for a while, so I figured it was time to leave a review. The employees at this location always greet me with a smile and expedite my orders as quickly as possible. The manager Kaitlyn, has even recognized me as a repeat customer and knows my “regular” order. Every time I pull up to the window they have an ice cold Pepsi ready for me as I wait for my food to be made fresh. Their breakfast burritos and iced coffees are amazing if you can there early enough too. 10/10 would recommend you give this place a try if you haven’t already

The Pina colada shake is AMAZING! The food is great and the service is amazing. I ordered the new Lotta dog without the meat chili and got grilled onions and green Chile instead- so good! I think the team is doing great! People can be mean in food service, but they always serve me with a smile.

Ordered a #6 & #7. Received a #6 and at first I wasn’t sure what. It was either a #2 or a #5. The handwriting was horrible. Being familiar with the #2, I knew it wasn’t that upon opening, so it must have been a #5. Plus, the hash browns in the burritos were burnt.

Hamburger was so dry and no flavor. My dog wouldn’t even eat it. Frito pie was nasty. Drive thru lane has a lousy design. Employees were great.

Honestly, super disappointed with the level of service day crew seems to provide. I sat at the window for 15 minutes with no one letting me know if they are behind waiting on something. When they finally get to me they take my money and hand me my food but forget my drink. They sent a gentleman out to catch me and had me park in front, where I waited another 5 minutes with no one bringing me my drink so I left. Horrible customer service. I have worked fast food in Edgewood, it’s so easy to let the customer know your busy and would’ve saved you all a bad review.
