Best burger & fries of any restaurant, without a doubt. If you haven’t had one, you’re missing out. The store is clean. Employees are friendly. Fountain cokes taste good here, too. It’s not cheap, but it’s definitely worth it!

Been to this location several times. Dining area stays fairly clean which is nice. They also have 2 Coke Freestyle Machines which is nice. They were well staffed and the food was good. The only change I really noticed was the portion size of the fries. A medium sized fry used to be a massive portion. It’s still a good portion but smaller than before. Really like Five Guys but it rarely comes to mind when people want to grab a meal. A few others locations have closed in the last few years and I am wondering how much longer this location will last.

Five Guys is on the priced side of ‘fast food’ but usually worth it. $5+ for a large fry and normally you get a bag full of fries. I’ve not been in a while but went today with my family and it was over $50 for 4 of us. I ordered large fries and the picture is what they served me. Pretty much every time I’ve gone in the past, if I ordered a regular size it was enough for 2-3 people. This time I got more in the small order of Cajun fries than I did in the large order of fries. I did mention it to the guy that served the food and he just filled the cup the rest of the way. Still not even close to what they set the expectation to be when I ordered fries and likely why in the future if I’m going to ha e a ‘cheat day’ from my diet that I will pick anywhere else to go. I could have gone to any number of restaurants around Florence and eaten with the family for $50+ this wasn’t worth it.

Our go to for a quick decent burger in town. We order through the app, check in with pick up, and out the door in less than 10 min. Every time. It’s correct 9 out of 10 times and always good quality. It’s the quality and convenience that keeps us regularly coming back. The room can get a bit stuffy when it’s busy. And the workers are hard to get a hold of if there’s an issue with your order but like I said before, they really do get very busy for a small staff.

Their food always stinks their food always smells like somebody’s under pit and I think their service is pretty slow, they do have really good customer service, but their restaurant is dirty and is never really clean they don’t really clean off the tables, their condiment station is pretty dirty, and the food is a bit expensive, especially because it kind of stinky. I’d say just go to Rally’s or Sonic instead. Much better choice.

After waiting five minutes for the people in front of us to order, we step up to the counter. The girl there tells us she’ll be with us in a minute. Five more minutes later she comes back and tells us she is not allowed to take any more orders because they’re so busy. We were the only people in line, but could not be served? We saw maybe two other people in front of us waiting for food, and we weren’t in a hurry and would have gladly waited, given the choice. And thanks for letting us stand there for ten minutes before telling us we could not have any food. We come here fairly often, but we probably won’t anymore.
