This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Taco Bell ever. Not only did they not have the large cup that I paid for they actually tried to not give me anything for it. I had to tell them to give me something since they could not refund it.. Then I get to eat my potato bowls and they are hard as rocks dried up crumbled old nasty potatoes! This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this Taco Bell check your food before you leave

One of the better taco bells I’ve been to but has it’s problems like all fast food places. For one sometimes the beans are not stirred correctly when they are rehydrated so you get runny separated refried beans. And sometimes they give you old hard potatoes instead of tossing them and frying new ones. And the limited time chicken wings are way overpriced. Idk what goes on in the kitchen but if the staff is being rushed or undertrained by management I wouldn’t be surprised. That being said the staff is always polite at the speaker and window.

This was pretty disappointing. The drinks were lukewarm and there was no ice, my pepsi max tasted like cough syrup, the burrito was a mess and also about the same temperature as the drinks were.

Food is always hot and ready. You’re never stuck waiting for your food longer than 5 minutes. The only issue I had was during a rush she forgot to put sauce in my bag, but I have plenty at home, so it didn’t matter. The employees are always nice and friendly. I’ll often go there just because I know they’re going to be in a good mood, which makes my day better.

by far the best experience ive ever had with fast food, and by far the best tasting taco bell ive ever had. When a mistake was made on my order and I came back, somebody helped me almost instantly. They didnt make me feel like I was annoying or bothering them. He got it fixed quickly and was extremely friendly. I really personally hope the people on shift november 18th 2021 get raises because they deserve it.
