Ordered pepperoni with extra cheese and extra sauce. Called 5 times to speak to a manager. Still no luck! Drove all the way back up there. They remade it. Along with fresh wings because they were given to us fresh out of the refrigerator! The old location had better service and pizza. This is why entry level jobs shouldn’t pay 15.00 a hour! Thanks J B! Looks like I’ll be flying to Italy to get a decent pizza. This is a pattern. That’s the only reason why I reviewed this place.

Ordered a pizza and some breadsticks to be delivered. They were still really hot when I got them! Not just warm, and I had these bad boys delivered. 10/10 food, but 9/10 overall because they held my garlic sauce hostage. And yes, it is good cold.

This is the second time in a row my pizza has not been correct. The first time they absolutely did not give me the extra toppings I ordered, and this time instead of the hand tossed crust ordered I got the thinnest, crunchiest crust they could manage. My toddler literally could not bite the crust. I used to order from this location all the time, but I guess back to Papa John’s it is. Irritated beyond belief and now I have to find something else to feed him. This place has gone massively down hill since they switched locations – Do NOT recommend!

Great location with money saving specials. The employees were very enthusiastic and helpful. This store was conveniently located with an easy drive thru for quick pick up. Plenty of parking. This store is well maintained. Awesome Pizza Hut!

Usually we have no issues. Tonight I order just like normal. Delivery supposed to be around 7:27. Got a text that says door dash is delivering it around 7:40. 8:20 I check still no pizza check the link on the text says ordered cancelled. Call the store automated service says I got the pizza. Press 0 for operator and I get a run around since they are in Florida and no one is answering the store phone. Now to try and get my $40 back.

I only buy Pizza Hut Pizza. My latest experience was the worst. I was left on hold for 50mn. Had to use the horrible website that erased my cart 3 times. That had the nerve to ask for an 18% tip! I was still on hold and showed them that when I picked my pizza. Got it home and half the toppings where wrong or missing! 74$! For two larges and a small! What a rip off and a joke!

Love the new drive-thru window, although it’s kind of a pain to navigate to because of the sharp turn. I can’t imagine a truck being able to do it. The one time they got my order wrong, they remade it quickly. Staff is always friendly.

I don’t normally order from Pizza Hut but did this time to switch things up. Was quoted about 45 mins for delivery. My food was at my doorstep within 15 mins of placing my order. Highly impressed Pizza Hut!!
