I will never eat at this jacks ever again. So I walked into Jack’s to order me some chicken. Just got off work wanted a little snack until I got home and cook dinner. So I walked in and the store was there they were in there stocking up. So one of the ladies yelled out front line. And older woman comes from the back and proceeds to take my order. I asked the question do they carry chicken wings I just did not see them on the menu, but she stated yes we do. We carried the bone in. At this moment, I am excited because bojangles that’s right up the road is out at all wings and all white meat chicken. So before I get to tell her what I want, she comes out and says you can only get three of them. They can’t come in 4,5,6 Just a three count. So I ask can I have two of the three count meals and she told me no I could not get it like that. there was another employee in the store and she stated I thought we can ring them up for two or more meals. In other words, the lady just did not want to cook any more chicken or any more chicken wings.

I come here once or twice a week and its definitely a family favorite! Sometimes its busy and the wait is forever long but the service is always as fast as possible and FRIENDLY! my food is always hot and delicious and my coffee is always fixed if not made how i like it! Im super picky about my coffee… but they have it down to a T now. They see me come in and immediatey ask if im getting my coffee and start preparing it! I love the people! My favorite Jacks to come to!

The food itself is always delicious and fresh! But the staff is almost never pleasant. No one smiles, no greetings at the speaker. You get “what can I get you”?, “You can order”. Etc.

Any other time always great service. Tonya and her crew are great stopped by today with no customers there , parking lot empty. No one up front to take my order. And some wanna be manager walks to the front and instead of talking my order makes a fuss about where I’m parked. Was about to order 20 biscuits for my crew at work like I always do. I well since she more worried about parking than service guess I will start going to bojangles. Terrible experience today. I stopped there almost every before work. Never again…….

I had made an online order that ended up costing $60. They told me it would be ready in a half an hour. When we got there 30 minutes later they haven’t even started doing the order yet. They started preparing the vegetables let them uncovered, and walked away and went to do the drive-thru. I mean just the whole thing the attitudes the functionality of the crew with like a 0 star. Then we get back home we realize they left out a whole 10-piece chicken and four biscuits I ordered extra. When I go back to the restaurant they act like they don’t know what I’m talkin about and telling me they can’t pull the order backup well first of all you didn’t know how to pull it up in the first place. And you’re telling me after all the issues we had I was just in here had a huge order and you can’t remember what I’m talkin about. The woman behind the counter talking all kind of crazy. I don’t care about Kobe 8 or none of that if you want to work in customer service have some customer service or just go home. Cuz I don’t know about everybody else I work too hard for my money when I spend it I don’t deserve to have attitude with it. And they want to ask some type of way if you get an attitude back!

Food is great when it’s fresh but I just wished the service was better in the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru line one day and when I finally made it up to the window the guy working the drive thru was handed the phone and he persist to talk for a good 5 minutes long while my food was sitting at the window and all he had to do was hand it to me but made me wait until he got off the phone. Needless to say my food was cold when I got home. Do Better.

Waited in line forever because apparently the general manager was in her car out back with her boyfriend while she had a line all the way out to the road and a 3staff crew did not concern her at all. Needs new management that will stay in the building and actually help their own staff…
