If I could give zero stars I would!! You have about 10 young kids in there working I walk in and out of all of them not one person said anything to me! I got a order of hashbrowns which tasted like they had been sitting there all morning! I then get 25 donut holes and I ask the girl to split up blueberry, chocolate and glazed well I get home and would you know there’s powered in there as well. Also did they stop putting glaze on their glazed donuts?? I also got a southern peacan coffee that was so sweet I threw the whole thing away. Terrible food and customer service!!

Sometimes my coffee isn’t right. If I catch it at the window they’ll remake right then and there. Had problems with one employee who claimed it’s made the same everytime resulting in the same outcome. Brought it to management agreed with me and addressed her.

This location used to be the best Dunkin in the area and I would drive farther to this one because it was better. The last several times we have been to this location it has been not a great experience. We always order ahead on the app ten minutes before we get to the location to pick up our order. The last few times we get there and it isn’t ready. We wait there another five minutes before we receive our order. They weren’t very busy and there were several other people waiting for their pick up orders as well. Very disappointed in the service at this location and won’t be back for awhile.

Not only do they undervalue the staff but they allow a blind person to come in and be assisted with a job application while laughing behind their back saying they won’t even read it to consider that person for a job role simply based on their disability. This is disgusting and goes against their companies policy which is to demonstrate equal rights and opportunities to their employees. This should include both those already hired and those interested applying. Do not support this branch as they are vile in their behaviour.

The workers here are so incredibly nice, sometimes it can be slow, but it’s the morning of course they’re going to be busy! Even in the worst rushes , the employees just seem so calm, nice & collected, with the biggest hearts!

We came to the dunkin for a coffee and a muffin and donuts . The service was OK they were not very busy and had a lot of people who were behind the counter. The store was filthy as in Gross . My coffee had curdled cream and I had to stand at the counter and wait for them to be done on their cell phones. They knew that I was there because they looked right at me.
