Went to get the 5 dollar box but it took so long. Move through the line ok in the beginning my turn paid and then waited more than 15mins at the window. My entire time in drive thur was 30mins plus. Not fast food at all.

First of all there was only one customer ahead of me and it took 30 minutes on my order I upgraded my drink for .70 and they gave me a small cup and stated that it was a regular size which my order came with a large drink so if i upgraded for a icee it should’ve been in the same cup that the order came with instead of being smaller for a larger amount don’t make sense. Order was wrong, food was overcooked and cold. The guy who took my order wasn’t paying attention and asked me to go get in the line again and reorder my food! I refused and asked for the manager as you know she wouldn’t talk to me so I paid more money for my order and waited 10 more minutes, I won’t spend my money here again. I get better service at Taco Bell in Madison!!!

Went through the drive-thru for 3 chicken soft taco supremes. Upon returning home there want any tomatoes or sour cream. When I cakes the young lady seemed as though she didn’t understand what I was saying or want to assist me. She was nonchalant about my issue.

I wish I could give this location zero stars the food quality was horrible and had a weird smell to it I can’t explain it but it almost smelled like cardboard and burnt grease I ordered a combo meal and couldn’t even finish it after two bites the smell of the food was just that bad this location really needs somebody in there overseeing what being done to people food my stomach is in knots right now (from two bites of food) upper management really needs to do something about this and I visited July 17 around 1:30 maybe

We were in the drive thru for 36 minutes… we couldn’t leave because we were blocked in!! When we did order they repeated it back and still it was wrong. We were missing 2 double steak cheesy burritos we didn’t notice until we got home, we lived a little ways too far to go back We ordered 3 big boxes and they were out of (boxes) so they piled everything thing in one big bag ,we also discovered the 2 extra cheese fries I ordered on the side was not in the bag…the tacos were soggy and 1 drink tasted like carbonated water! Not a good experience at all! I tried to call and speak with management I left my name and number 3 times still to this day no response. I should be compensated for the missing items I spent right at $40 bucks please get it together guys. I worked in fast food before and we all have had a hard day so I totally understand.
