I have to say this is the best little “dellly” in town! The menu has a variety of sandwiches for every appetite, reasonable prices, clean environment, and most importantly friendly staff. The place does get busy, duh! That’s how you know it is good. Don’t fret, they handle a crowd well! I have never heard anyone complain because they know the people behind the counter are creating yummy masterpieces! Also, potato salad is a must P. S Tip well. They deserve it.

Food is good but service stinks. Dont bother calling you always get hung up on or no ones answers. If you manage to get through and You call an order your wasting your breath and time. I called several orders in this month, showed up past 30-45 mins and still had to order it again and wait for another 20-30mins if you even get help right because no one communicated it or they acted like i didnt call. Then you get to wait another 20-30mins for the food again. Dont bother wasting your time you can get food from a 5star dine in restaurant faster and have better service.

First off, this place has great food. The customer service has really gone down hill. It’s a shame, because this place is a really local staple in the community. When did this place start closing at 6pm?!?! Really, the should advertise closing at 5:30pm. I came into Sleepy Hollow on Friday at 5:40 with two small kids in tow. The staff watched me talk with my kids about what they wanted to order. Without any warning closed down the grill and slicer. When I went to order they couldn’t make my food. No apologies either! They wanted to go home at 5:50pm!!! At that moment they lost a customer and I went elsewhere for dinner. Again, really a shame for this local business.

Good day to be the cheesesteak guy. Great little place. Unfortunately the cheesesteak was the weak link. Great family run business with Grandma and dad pics on the wall. They support other local business’ ie. Fireman donuts. which were good and made by a fireman. Lettuce and Tomato may have ruined this cheesesteak. The meat needed to be on this big bready roll and not on top of the lettuce and Tomato. Overall it was a great experience.

They have Liscio’s rolls! Need I say more?! Plus, jalapeno poppers w/ sharp provolone & prosciutto. They also have Luna Rosa cookies from Staten Island!! They are hard to get. My brother had an Italian deli in Jersey & my sister-in-law is from Staten Island. They are great! The pasta salad tastes like my brother’s. I love it!!
