I have been there three times this year. Each time I visit my daughter at Penn State it’s a must stop. I’m typically there with a party of 4. We have had many menu items and found them all to be very good to excellent. The portions and pricing are very good. I’m not a big bbq lover but, the sandwich and salad choices are huge. The chicken wrap I had on my last visit was out of this world. Awesome deli meats. If you don’t see something you like, create your own. The facilities are always clean and well kept. The barbecue ham sandwich was incredibly delicious. I’ve also had the beef barbecue, which was equally as delicious. This is a great deli. I”m so glad there’s a good deli in State College. Pizza places are way too many…about as many as fleas on a dog. Give me deli any day.

I have long heard stories of how good Carves Deli & Barbecue was, and now I can attest to their quality. Cravers is excellent! They have a huge selection of sandwiches and wraps, prices are on point for lunch foods, and ultimately the food is delicious. I would be happy to eat here many more times. I would encourage you to try it out. I have high confidence you will find it a good experience, because I have never heard a bad word about this place.
