Class Act Customer Service! We order carry out every few weeks from Wings to Go and the food has always been great and our order is always accurate. This past weekend when I got back home with my order, I realized my onion rings were not in the bag. I called to explain I didn’t receive my full order, and the very first thing they did was apologize and offer to deliver the onion rings to my house. What great customer service!! All businesses make mistakes but it was so refreshing to experience excellent customer service that not only made the situation right, but did so without further inconvenience to the customer and in a friendly “we care about you” kind of way. It’s hard to find that level of customer service these days and Wings to Go exemplified it. That small gesture just made me a customer for life. Thanks for being great!

We typically order boneless wings from here. I make an effort to try different flavors every visit, and none of them disappoint. Always cooked and sauced perfectly. We tried the BBQ bacon burger, and it was amazing for a place that’s mainly advertised for wings.

Visited same day as Nolensville Little League team played Texas at Williamsport on TV. Great atmosphere and lots of TVs. Wings are really good. Great selection of sauces. Only negative is they only give 2 pieces of celery. You have to buy extra. Recommend this wing joint!

I am not writing a 1 star review because of the food, the atmosphere was fine. I have been a customer of this wing joint since they opened. Today, I decided to ask for water with my meal. I also decided to get my receipt and look at it. I was appalled to see that I was charged $0.50 for a 6 ounce glass of water!! I asked why a glass of water was $0.50. The manager (or whoever was in charge at 12:05 pm on 8/11/23) told me it was for the cost of the cup, not the water. He then asked why I wanted a total refund for everything I had ordered. I explained that it was the $0.50 charge for a cup of water. I also told him that they had lost a customer over it. He seemed agitated, all the while trying to justify this silliness. He went on to state that all restaurants charge for water now. He lost all credibility with me when he said the cup cost them $0.50. I also told him that I will not spend my $$ at any restaurant that charges me for a water cup. Upon further research I found that they do not pay $0.50 for a 6 ounce plastic cup. I checked Amazon, just for fun, and the same exact plastic cup cost $0.05. Do they really think it’s okay to upcharge $0.45 for a cup???

The owner was absolutely welcoming and patient with me. It was my first time there. I ordered some of boneless wings in Bayou Spice along with some other items. Everything came out hot, well cooked and seasoned. There wasn’t a pool of fryer oil in the tray. The crispy and soft flaky texture of their breading reminds me of my friend’s mother’s fried fish. The warmth and crispiness are soulful.

Food is always great. Service had been pretty bad due to my takeout order last missing a lot of items when I get home. Stopped ordering from them for a while, gave them one more chance and this time they were spot on. I was told with the shortage of people wanting to work, they are having to hire young people. My last takeout order was perfect! Nothing missing and the staff were very friendly.
