I ordered a 8 piece bucket meal 4 original 4 extra crispy… Asked for mashed potatoes & gravy, and Mac & cheese for my 2 sides… Chicken was very oily, and was very dark blackish brown.. I never got the mashed potatoes, but did get the gravy.. I also got 2 Mac & cheese… What’s going on Kentucky fried chicken… The chicken is tiny.. The atmosphere was not very inviting… The people in Watertown, NY location weren’t the friendliest… The blond haired manager didn’t act like she knew what she was doing.. Upon talking to her, she wasn’t very friendly.. Sorry to say it, the meal wasn’t worth what we paid for it… Used to love KFC .. the quality is no longer there… From the small chicken to bad service.. MI,CA,PA,NC, and now NY .. I’m no longer going to your restaurants.. I’ll stick with Popeye, and Bojangles

I usually get the 3 pc tender fillup. Tried the pot pie for the first time about a month or two ago. Not amazing, but very good, would definitely eat again, I grew up on southern cooking as my daddy’s daddy grew up in Texas. It ain’t my mama’s chicken pot pie, but it’s worth it 100%.
