If I could give zero stars I would I stood there for 15 minutes while a lady stands at the register messing with papers and says nothing to me at all then one of her co worker says to her you gonna help the customer she tells her co worker she’s ignoring her then finally decides to help. I get a frozen coffee that wasn’t even drinkable and a wake up wrap the was so hard it wasn’t edible. Unreal if you can’t do a job that simple just stay home. Waste of money and time.

This place is awful! I stopped going due to hard donuts EVERY single time I’ve come. Went this am to treat my team and we can’t even eat them. I asked the lady at checkout if they had fresh , she stated no we only have these. Never offered anything in place of day old donuts for the price of fresh ones! Never again!

Always fresh donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Always clean environment. Always delicious coffee. Always friendly staff which leads to my experience today. I order 1 dozen donuts of my choice, pay for them and leave the store. Upon arriving at home I find this handwritten message on top of the box. It’s the little details and the extra step that let the customer know they are appreciated. Kindness is contagious. Thank you Dunkin’ Donuts and I hope all of you have a GREAT day as well!!

We are wary of going to Dunkin’ because of some we’ve been in. This one was a pleasant surprise. Service was pleasant, the store was clean. We didn’t feel like everyone was rushed to serve us like we’ve seen elsewhere. They seemed to have sufficient staff that could do a quality job.

I’m sure if was fine!!! I didn’t go inside. My girlfriend went in. Been craving donuts so, while we were in that town. We picked some up. I had 1 immediately, it was somewhat on the dry side. Probably sat there all day, couldn’t tell if they were fresh or not.
