You figure with ordering extra cheese, you’d at least get cheese. Horrible pizza. The toppings just fall off the slices cause they literally only put sauce then our toppings, and over cooked it. The dough was so hard it cut my lip when attempting to bite.

Dominos is usually my late night, or hungover go to place. However with that being said, this location is fabulous! I ordered online as usual, the process was very quick and easy. What got me was the speed at which it was quickly made and then the delivery guy was so polite and efficient, plus my order was cooked magnificently perfect!! Just a great experience! Thank you so much, I will certainly order again when I am visiting Edina. Edina Domino’s is without a doubt the best Domino’s I’ve ever experienced.

Placed an order at 1055, said it would be ready at 1111-1121. Arrived to store at 1125, all outside lights were off, open sign off and doors locked. Tried to open the door loudly to see if employees would hear me. They look at me, and don’t let me in. I get back into my car and call the store, automated person says my stuff is in the oven but the app says it is ready?? I wait on line to be connected to a worker, instead the call suddenly ends (saw employee pick up and hang up phone). So after waiting another 10 minutes, i try to open door even louder, still no answer. Go back into my car and call the store again to no avail, however this time it says my order is ready (even though no worker placed fresh boxes on the shelf). After another 15 minutes in my car i honked my horn, this finally made them open the door. I pay for my food and get it, but am so frustrated I didn’t check to see if it was right. Once I get home, everything is cold, not one of the 4 sauces I ordered is in the box. Literally THE WORST experience with any business I have ever had in my life. Will not ever be ordering from any dominos again. I expect a full refund, and if you want others to continue to order, fire the entire staff at that location, better yet, close that location. Horrible horrible horrible. Do better.

I just waited TWO hours for this……. I don’t even have words…… I ordered a pepperoni pizza… there’s no cheese, and 4 BURNT pepperonis on it. Their tracker app said gm Noah was doing a quality check from 8:35pm to 9:36pm…… fire everyone on staff immediately.

Terrible experience, will not be ordering from here again. We ordered a lot of pizzas a few days in advance for an event and confirmed the pizzas the morning of the event. At the time they were to be delivered, they didn’t show up and when we drove to the store to check on them, they said they canceled the order and didn’t tell us. Very disappointing. The Eden Prairie location saved the day and were able to quickly make all our pizzas!
