The donuts taste day old and now if you come in it’s a kiosk ordering system. Lacking a personal touch. The drive thru takes an inordinately long time when you use it. Prices, like everywhere have jumped over the summer.

I love so close to this Dunkins I wanted it to be good so badly. I have given it three chances and it has been horrible every time. The wait ij the drive thru is at best 20 minutes and at worst 45!! I even went inside to see if that helped and even though I was one of two people i still waited over 15 minutes before anyone even addressed my presence.

Dunkin’ Donuts is subpar. I’ve gone to this place more than a handful of times now and have generally had the same experience: a lackluster or non-existent staff, causing long wait times. The food and the drinks themselves are not totally terrible, which makes up for the amount of time you have to wait.

This is the slowest drive thru on the entire planet. Remember when Keeanu Reeves slowed down time in that one movie? I’m convinced that’s what happened to this place. And God forbid they forget something and you go inside for a line that moves as slow as a downtown New York City DMV.

Walked in, employees were busy talking and one on phone, had to wait almost 10 minutes was ready to walk out. An employee finally assisted us , then we had to wait on drinks and gave us wrong donuts. My Mother and I weren’t to happy, but we wanted Dunkin donuts and pumpkin latte.

The dunkin off of 11511 S. 36th street in Bellevue was terrible. They gave us the wrong dozen donuts. When I tried to call, a recording played and said the voice-mail was not set up .

I got overcharged for my medium refresher. It was supposed to be $5 but I paid $7. The lady was loudly banging her fake nails on the counter. She told me that the dunkin minis that I DID NOT order will be right out. I told her that I did not order those. The lady didn’t even ask if I wanted a receipt, instead she threw it away. After that she disappeared from the window for awhile to avoid giving me a refund.

Inconsistent customer service. Sometimes the barista will argue and sometimes they are super friendly. It can be a bit of a crapshoot. But I love my Dunkin’ so I keep trying!
