Delivery customer service is a mess.They don’t follow simple instructions. And they will undercook your wings(I had to recook them) Pizza was cold upon arrival. Worst pizza spot I ever ordered from. And when I tried to get a refund for the undercooked food. Owner said out of his own mouth and I quote “we only cook the chicken 7 mins they come precooked” Sad that tho ye have zero concern about their customers instructions on how they want there food

Where’s That Asteroid?
Careful with this place. While they do make good pizza, their ingredients can give you food poisoning and management won’t refund you. If the pizza smells strange, take it to the store and hope that they give you a refund. I believe the sausage was the ingredient that was spoiled.

Horrible place to order. Just cancelled an order for a large pizza that took over 2 hours. The guy finally shows up 25mins after I called to cancel the order. I then called the District Manager and he is too busy to hear anything negative. He was fine but once I started telling him about my experience he suddenly had to go. Avoid this place at all cost. Also notice how no one acknowledges the negative reviews they only respond to the good reviews left by their employees and friends.

Ordered a pizza which was delivered an hour and a half after the 45 minute wait time they said it would take. They left for delivery but driver couldn’t find our house and they state I didn’t provide the right number but on my confirmation email all my info is correct. They redelivered the pizza after saying they would remake for us since it’s been awhile since our pizza was made and fresh, they lied. They redelivered the same cold pizza! When I called all they could say was “sorry”. I’m new to the area so I guess I have to live and learn and I most definitely learned to NOT order from here again.
