Night And Day. Enclosed are my pictures and experience from my Martin TN 38237 Taco Bell. Its completely the opposite from Union City that is to say my experience here was very positive and clean. The food was prepared correctly and the cleanliness here I would score a solid 94 out of 100 to be sure. While I would describe food preparation at the Taco Bell in Union City to be unrecognizable from from what you actually ordered. I would instead describe the food prep at this location as expertly made. Unlike Union City location where my order takes up to 20 minutes for two items for it to be wrong and inaccurate, at this location its exactly what we asked for. We frequently grab food for a vegetarian so this is of the utmost importance for us and of course for you.

I feel that I’m very understanding having worked at a restaurant for several years in the past, but this location disappoints me pretty often. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme after work yesterday and there was barely any lettuce on it, and what was there tasted old. Like a quarter of it didn’t have meat at all, and the corn tortilla was really soggy. It was a sad dinner that was supposed to cheer us up after a meh day.

Burritos were great… the tacos were not. Ordered 4 tacos light lettuce, they literally only put meat and sour cream in a tortilla shell. On a regular taco that wasn’t supposed to have sour cream.

How i show up and u dont serve food at 8am, there was no line to the point i had to make sure, online, ya was even open since no one was responding and u have hardly any good breakfast items but wont make me a crunchwrap supreme. U have no one on ur line and ive bought before same item at same time but today its a no cuz i was going to make ya work. Smh!

3rd time going through this particular taco. And the third time they’ve messed up my order. Like I get it sometimes a stores having a rough day, but when I’m paying extra money for extra toppings and then get a half empty tortilla is ridiculous. Ordered two steak quesadillas no creamy jalapeno, extra cheese extra steak and have received this every time. Being a college student I very rarely get to splurge and eat out so when I get stuff like this it’s frankly insulting. Managers might wanna start pushing the employees who don’t care out the door.
