The staff and the customers were all very friendly. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant and patient, as I had my grandson with me which took ordering a little longer. Our order didn’t take long. It was fresh and hot. Good food wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend Charlestown House of Pizza

There’s nothing bad about this place. You won’t be overwhelmed with an urge to go running right back there. It’s the only place to get lunch at lunch time in Charlestown. I usually have to wait in line to get to the counter but my last time there I was able to get right to the front. I ordered a small pizza to go and the gal told me it would be about a 15 minutes wait. I sat down in full view of the counter and began checking emails on my phone. When I realized 25 minutes had passed and my name hadn’t been called, I walked up to the counter. It took them a minute to find my pizza buried in a stack on top of the oven. I was a little miffed that they didn’t call my name out when the pizza was ready. I would have liked to have gotten on my way as soon as it was ready. If you’re in a rush I would go to the grocery store next door. If you’ve got ample time, there’s plenty of pizza places north and south by only 15 minutes away.

They messed up our pie but it wasn’t anything overly horrible. Just forgot to put ronies on half. Price was good. Atmosphere was family friendly. Quick service. Pretty good quality. Beats everything in Claremont by a mile.

Family Size Over Valued with two toppings = ~$25 vs $18 elsewhere. Taste less, Bland toppings, Crust is disgusting. How much more of profit is needed? At least make the appropriate size to be filling. It felt like frozen dough. The establishment will charge a $1 fee using credit cards without letting you know. I would have to be so desperate to still eat there again. Even CIrcle K has better pizza. They have kids running the business that were not friendly. This place is doomed. Also the Prices on the website is not the same in the store. Don’t be fooled. The owners know but refuses to update to attract fools.

On July 11 I ordered a family size large pepperoni pizza. After recieving my pizza I complained to the seemingly nice gentleman at the cash register that I was not satisfied with the amount of sauce cheese and pepperoni on the pizza. It was extremely light on the toppings and mostly dry crust. The gentleman came over and agreed that it hardly had any toppings on it. He said, “I don’t understand their pizza’s here, if you want a good pizza you need to go to Tremont.” Me not having been here before, this is not a place I would return to. I do live fairly locally. The little bit of pizza that was edible was good but It was a poor quality pizza. The gentleman did nothing to make it right or even refer me to speak to someone else. All he did was send us to Tremont the next time we want a good pizza. I do believe a 2 star review is warranted to be polite.

I feel most of the staff is judgemental and rude (some are extremely nice) the over charge for ice cream and half the time there ice cream machine is down. Their brownies are really good and prices are not too bad.
