Fiesta Jalisco has a pet-friendly patio in the back by the river! We had the margaritas and the carne asada taco are the best. The way they grill the tortillas and the meat is very high quality. Jazzy our dog approves of the meat!

I am sure (hope) given previous reviews this place is better than my experience but my experience was not good at all, service was extremely slow and often needed to look for staff, food took way to long to be served when it arrived the chicken was burnt and dry as cardboard and we didnt receive our full order so i was not pleased as i was starving, first meal after spending 2 weeks off grid in the mountains. On top of poor food and service, the glasses were dirty with lip marks so I asked for a staw but never received it…..

Absolutely some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten in my life! I literally just drove 4 hours from Woodland Park just to come get their Mexican pizza. I know that may sound ridiculous but that is just how good it is. everything else on the menu is to die for as well. service is great, bathrooms are clean, prices are decent, customer service is awesome, very quick in and out. just all-around I would give this place 1000 stars if I could. I go to Mexican restaurants across the country every year comparing queso’s and salsas and things of that nature and by far Steamboat Springs Colorado is in first place after probably 15 years of traveling and exploring Mexican dining.

Put your name on the list early! The service is good, but the food is better! The Fiesta Jalisco burrito was a good choice and was fairly priced. My wife and I really enjoyed the fresh salsa and cabbage (we mixed the two together).
