Went to try a lunch as the reviews were mixed but encouraging. While service was good, I was disappointed at the food quality and flavor. I’m not sure they’re sure what they want to be, they have a Mexican sort of theme and an American seafood kind of theme. Either case, I tried their fish tacos served with rice and beans. The tacos were served on cold tortillas, huh? Tacos are not served on cold tortillas that’s like food blaspheme. As for the rice and beans, skip them, they were bland and looked like they came from a can of store bought stuff. My friend had the flatbread and it was equally mediocre. Whatever that was, it wasn’t Mexican food. I won’t be returning. Nice atmosphere though.

First time going date night with my hubby. The outside ambiance was nice, food was delicious had the double turkey burger w/ Tator Tots. Burger was seasoned very well and cooked to perfection through out. Waitress was very attentive and polite. Will definitely return again.

I really liked the restaurant and have been going every few weeks. The waitresses have all been very nice and the food was always great. I was there last weekend and we saw there was an error with the total order for our party. The waitresses were all helpful and apologized but the general manager was rude and eventually corrected it but had a bad attitude and insisted it was our fault. I won’t be going back even though everyone else was nice. The GM was the rudest person.

Food was pretty good but we had one of our meals was a little cold and the general manager was very rude and inconsiderate when he eventually came by. We were shocked at his behavior towards out table. The waitresses seemed taken aback by how he was acting.

Went on a Friday night while they were setting up for a band to play music for the night. Seemed a little full for what should be allowed in a restaurant during these times. Staff wore masks going around to tables, just customers weren’t while they walking around.

Try the BONELESS CHICKEN WINGS! Highly recommend because it’s made out of real chicken breast. When the bartender told me I thought like meh, he’s just trying to make a sell, but no! They are so good and crispy. The fries weren’t good, so skip those. I had the Apple Rancher drink and it looked so small in the cute glass, but it was mighty! And everything was so affordable I was shocked. Definitely going back

Theres never a time that Im passing through merrillville when I dont stop here and enjoy myself. The Food is always top notch ( my fav is J’s Philly ) the cocktails are made right, Service is always on beat and the atmosphere is like being over at your friends house because everyone is there to relax and enjoy.

This is a cool place to chill and have a few drinks. If you’re looking for a really tasty meal this isn’t the best option. The food is okay. Nothing to write home to mama about, but it’s good enough to eat so you’re not drinking on an empty stomach.
