I’ve lived in Silicon Valley for 18 years, on weekends we usually go to different areas of the bay. Los Gatos is one of my favorites, because it is close by and there are many options to eat. This Thursday we went for lunch and after living in Kauai where I discovered asai bowls for breakfast, I wanted to try this healthy option. The place is small, it only has tables inside, the staff is very friendly, they helped me choose my lunch: A Supergreen Goddess Salad, chicken egg cucumber green goddess dressing feta cheese mint superseed crunch which was delicious and a chewy marshmallow for a sweet treat.

ordered an island bowl and it came out as frozen chunks of ice instead of smoothie. not to mention said chunks of ice didn’t even taste good. i gathered my courage to ask if it was supposed to be like that, and the man said yes bc it came scooped out of an ice cream container. not only was that a waste of my money, i had to face demons to go up and ask the employee. i’ve had friends order the same thing and it did NOT have that consistency.

I get bowls from this location frequently and while I always order the same thing, there’s quite a bit of inconsistency in what I end up getting. Sometimes they forget to add ingredients of the bowl or just mess up the order. A little frustrating time to time, wish the bowls were more consistent even if different people are making them

No kidding about the wait. If you have 30 mins to spare to wait for a smoothie or bowl this is your place. Super slow and no urgency! Finally got the Match Madness and it was tasty and good! Hence the 3 stars. Lost 2 stars for mismanagement.

So upset because I love Vitality Bowls at every other location… the one in Los Gatos is a joke. I always get the same drink Go Green, and the past 3 times they’ve messed up the order. Last time it was so bad I actually thought they gave me the wrong drink. When I asked why it looks like this, they said they were out of 3 of the main ingredients… So it would have been nice if they told me they were out of stock before I paid for this overpriced celery water! Makes me so sad to waste money when I know other locations put in so much more effort.

I’ve tried this place twice, once for a smoothie, once for an acai bowl. Both times they were below average at an above average price. If you pay $9 for a smoothie, I expect it to be pretty good. I won’t give it another chance again.
