Absolutely horrible!!! Ordered 2 breakfast boxes and they gave me the wrong items in both of them. I also ordered a freeze and they tried handing me one that was completely melted besides the top half inch. The crunch wraps themselves were also disgusting! The hash brown in it didn’t have potato anymore from how fried it was and even with that the cheese still wasn’t melted. Everything was cold right after it was handed to me already! Will never go back to this one!

Terrible visit and terrible food, asked for two breakfast boxes with extra cinnabons instead of hash browns, and a Mt dew freeze as the drink for one. The worker repeated the order correctly back to us so we drove up to get our food. The freeze they tried to hand us was more than half liquid partial slush, so we didn’t want to take that one. So she offered a different flavor and we chose one. After receiving our boxes we saw that they had given us all hash browns instead of our requested and acknowledged order for cinnabons. Then we started on our crunch wraps and they were gross! They had hash browns in there that seem to have been cooked and fried a few times. The cheese isn’t even melted. I’m honestly not sure how they made some of it so overcooked while other parts don’t seem to have been warmed at all.

This location has finally stepped it up! The last two times the staff has been friendly, our orders have been accurate and the food was as expected; Taco Bell… Only for stars because I’m still jaded from prior experience. Keep it up for 5 stars!

The staff was very rude. Our food took forever to come out and when I got the food, the wrappers were covered in food and sauce. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never had a problem with any other Taco Bell but this one seems to always be bad.

Ordered a Taco supreme meal… I didn’t know sour cream goes on the outside.. plus no tomatoes.. smh.. just wow. Come on kids…think smarter and not harder. One kid didn’t know how to work the blast machine as well. Proper training is needed. Zero taco ssauce. Missing some other orders. To top it off… a cup holder would’ve helped

Oh, Taco Bell. The land of customizable burritos, customizable tacos, and customizable regrets. Despite the fact that the meat might not *actually* be meat (I mean, who knows what’s really in there?), you just keep coming back for more. But hey, you know what they say – familiarity breeds comfort. And what’s more comforting than knowing exactly what you’re going to get, both in terms of food and in terms of what your digestive system is going to go through? Your butt might be protesting the decision to visit Taco Bell, but your taste buds are all in. Seriously the worst Taco Bell in Aurora! I will NEVER go there again! Every time I go I have to wait forever for my food and something is always not right with my order. This time we found gum stuck to the bottom of the bag of cinnamon twist and the beans were really dry.
