Hello Brother’s Cheese Steaks is three individuals that are passionate about business, food and our community. We feel that food brings family, friends and the community together. We have the best cheese steak in the Tri cities with real aged prime ribeye steaks. We have a real vision of growing this business to something that the community would love to have in their city, and we would love to be a part of the community creating jobs and making Tri cities our headquarter and home base for as big as our crazy dreams and vision goes. We ask for our community help and also are cheese steaks to push us in that direction.

We visited the new store in Kennewick. Spacious & plenty of seating. Well lit & welcoming employees. We got our order to go, played on the old school arcade game, so cool! I got the Chile Verde, light guac, tomato. Melty cheese, and the salsa verde was spot on. Not too spicy. My hibs got the Phillly + mushrooms. Perfect! Bread is soft inside & crusty/ crispy on the edges. Definetely our fave hot sub place. Top 10 for me.

I got the traditional chicken. It was not good and it was sad because I had been wanting to try it for so long but the chicken taste like something you would buy in the grocery store that’s comes pre cooked in a bag. If I wasn’t so hungry I would have thrown it out.

All around amazing experience. Upon arrival I was greeted with a great atmosphere and amazing service from one of the most friendly staffs in town. And that’s not even starting on the food! Absolutely the best cheesesteak in town and my new favorite sandwich shop. The price had me pleasantly surprised for a local owned restaurant. Needless to say my family and I will definitely be back!

This place is tucked away, and when I went it was not busy. That worked out great for me. The restaurant has a super chill football vibe, love it. I ordered the ribeye salad and was very excited about it, however it lacked in presentation. It consisted of spring mix four small cherry tomatoes and meat. The tomatoes were good and the spring mix could have used a rinse. The meat was lacking in flavor… as in there was none. I assumed because the sandwiches were so good the the salad would be just as flavorful and that there would be cheese and onions and maybe peppers but none of that was present. It was a good size and would have been fine but I paid over 16 dollars plus tip coming to over 20 dollars for a very bland uneventful salad. Sadly disappointed. I won’t order the salad again but would gladly return for atmosphere and sandwiches.

We were fairly disappointed in the meals we received. We ordered the rib eye steak melt sandwich that had a “special sauce” that was orange that had no business being paired with steak. We are big fans of jalapeno poppers and these were a big disappointment. They had such a strange overly sweet after taste that we were unable to finish them. The steak fries were greasy and undercooked. The bread was excellent however. We did enjoy the can of mountain dew as well.

I had the most delicious French Dip sandwich ever yesterday 7/22/23. The bread was toasted perfectly. As in they put it into a REAL oven and toast it just so. The meat was perfectly seasoned and good quality and the dip was also mmm mmm mmm. I had fries too. Tasty krinkle-cut and seasoned with a great 1000 island dipping sauce. They also have televisions and a few retro arcade games that are FREE to play.
