I only decided to leave this because these 2 girls working this morning made my morning after it had a rough start… I don’t know their names but both were blonde and younger. One had brown and the other blue eyes. Super nice and chatted with me. They made feel like they were interested in what I had to say. Super friendly. I usually have a good experience at this location. However, today after I got home from ordering my usual…. I checked my bank balance and they added an extra dollar to my order, what should have been $12.64 for a large and medium blended Mocha, was $13.64. Granted you might say it is only a dollar; not only was I was lied to about my total (they said $12.64), but I feel like I was stolen from!! When Itried to call the business. The phone line weren”t “recieving calls at this time” Beyond disappointed with this experience! Upset about the dishonesty!!

We enjoyed the drinks from the visit 3 weeks ago but the window was left open so you could see & hear the manager treating an (obviously new) employee horribly over a minor issue over the drink. Went back that evening for another round & the again the iced coffee was warm with no flavor. Since then the employees have changed many times, probably from the way they’re treated.

Service is fast and friendly. That aside I do have some complaints: when I order from the breakfast menu, it is almost always hard as a rock on the outside, not just crispy, but hard. Also, every time I order a “blender” I may as well just get an iced drink because there are so many whole pieces of ice left. I really hope this is just working the kinks out of a new restaurant, and I will be returning, but with caution.

Watch your receipt here folks. Inconsistent charges for the same drink. They also charge more for my drink here than anywhere in Omaha or Maryville pricing confirmed by management.
