I went and got food at 1pm on 5/16, I went home to eat the food and when I opened my biscuit, there was plastic INSIDE of the biscuit. I took it back and I was denied claim papers, the Manager service were poor and customers service was trash.Nothing was done, not even ONE fresh biscuit. And the inside was Filthy too. The staff is terrible.

So I was in a rush thus particular day and decided to stop past the KFC on a lunch date with my wife. When we entered the restaurant to dine in it was the normal feeling for a take out spot. The young lady at the cash register was very polite and well mannered and made conversation with my wife as we waiting for our food. As we sat down to eat we realized that the table had crumbs and food on the seat as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The food was average at best one got a chicken tender deal to share with my wife . Chicken tenders seemed fresh but macaroni and cheese was kinda ordinary at best. Overall it was a decent experience and if your in rush the service is pretty quick and they are not to busy around lunch time. The employee really made it om because she made my wife smile.

I’ve been waiting for my food for over 30 mins…in the drive thru….I was told it’d be 5 more mins…10 mins ago…with someone yelling from the back, that I need to move my car up. They don’t have any chicken sandwiches. I ordered a 3 piece drk meal, 12 piece tender family meal, and a 4 piece tender meal. I ordered at 904pm. As I type this, it’s 939pm. I’m still in the drive thru waiting.

On 4-15-2023 I went thru the drive-thru around 5:30 pm. I ordered original chicken. When I got home it was the extra crispy. In addition it tasted stale like it was reheated and had been cooked much earlier. I was too far away to take the food back, but wanted to. This was a total disappointment because I had taste for it, and a total waste of money.

The lady behind the microphone for the drive through was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with NOT the cashiers. She was literally saying why don’t you go else where. Again the cashier was nice BUT definitely not the lady who took the order. Sorry KFC I see you guys running out of customers very soon.
