Was in for Breakfast and the manager waited on us he was very rude huff and puffed because we were in there. Took our order and acted like it was an inconvenience. Walked over to get our drinks and noticed the condensation on the front of the fountain machine upon looking there was also black mold on the machine. I wiped a portion of it off and took pictures. I didn’t say anything to the manager on duty because he was already rude and I didn’t want my head bitten off. Also the floors hadn’t been sweated from the night before.

The food is good, but the guy/s taking the order in the morning are ALWAYS incredibly rude especially when you order lunch in the morning. (I assume because they have to make it fresh…. It’s their job.) Have no manners, basically almost ignore you. They sound like you’re an inconvenience to them and hate their job. Maybe they should get a new job that doesn’t require customer service. I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in the food. Gross behavior. I just drove off after ordering. I will never be returning.

Total waste of money!! I ordered just a regular roast beef And a small curly fries and it was SO cold and almost all the fries were not even curly they were like the burnt ends of the fries! I don’t go here often because it’s quite expensive and I won’t be back any time soon! Also since I always check my bags before driving off from any restaurant with food to go I told the employee at the window the food was super cold and the condition of the fries were not acceptable and he snatched the bag out of my hand and didn’t say sorry or anything and I sat there for like 5 more minutes and he opened the window and shoved. New bag at me and still not one word!! Obviously his salary isn’t based on customer service!! Lol!
