My husband and I went in yesterday afternoon. We were greeted so nicely by two employees. The dining room was clean and ready for customers. The lady that took our order was friendly and personable! I then went to the restroom and it was very clean!! Our food was served quickly and it was hot and tasted as expected. We will definitely go back!!

I’ve ordered from yall twice on doordash. The first time my order was completely wrong and I had to go up there and get what I actually paid for. I figured it was just a mix up of bags so it was whatever. The second time I ordered 20 minutes before you stopped accepting orders. It got confirmed and I waited for 15 minutes before my order was canceled. What’s the point in having a time limit if you’re not going to follow it.

We ordered a Fried Cobb Zalad and Grilled House Zalad and 3 Nibblerz Meals. Toaster was down so no toast, no big deal. No chicken for making Nibblerz available, definitely a fail. We had to trade out the Nibblerz meals for chicken sandwiches. The food arrived and the Zalads were identical except for one being fried chicken. The House Zalad was good to go except for the small amount of chicken. The Cobb Zalad had no egg, no bacon, no fried onions, no cheddar ,or jack cheese, also with more fried batter than chicken. Zaxby’s has been my goto but has declined recently. Please do what you got to do to resolve this I don’t want to lose a favorite.

The people there were quite rude. I was having a get together with friends and they told us we needed to leave because we were soliciting, we weren’t selling anything. Gave them another chance and went for lunch with my wife. She arrived before me and was waiting for me, then one of the workers asked rudely if she was eating. I came in shortly after, sat next to her to discuss what to order. Then the same person asked if we were dining in, rudely again.
