Small, mostly takeout Chinese food. Was previously Chinatown Cafe. I go there mostly for the Wonton Soup at lunch. Chinatown Cafe had the best Wonton Soup I’ve ever had. Huang’s is still quite good.

Great food most of the time. Only problem is any time I call they ethier don’t answer the phone or they are closed & on a Friday afternoon? Closed on Tuesdays? They close the store on random days. Wish we had a more reliable restraunt to order from in Reading
