We never been to a Hardee’s we usually go to Carls Jr. The menu is totally different and we were able to try new things. Once we got there I think her name was Leila was nice and helped us out on what we ordered. They loved my wife’s buc-ees sweater and her tattoos. They were friendly and all the staff was amazing here. Would definitely come back and eat here again.

Can’t help but to give it five stars. I am very addicted to the char-broiled barbecue chicken sandwich with onion rings. It is an awesome pairing that my taste buds cannot resist. I like all of their burgers and chicken strips as well but since I’ve tried everything on the menu I am stuck on the charbroil BBQ chicken sandwich.

Ordered breakfast online/ French toast sticks, biscuits and gravy, hash browns. That’s it. Went inside and told them it was a mobile order. After 30 minutes and then serving everyone else, they asked me what I was waiting on. The worker turned around and my order was sitting there the whole time. Good thing is food was still warm from the lamps. First and last time here.

Went through drive up. Biscuits were good, gravy had a good flavor but was real runny. When they put the container into the bag the gravy ran out all in the bag. I didn’t notice the gravy every where and had gravy all over my vehicle.

Went here on 6/3/23 and paid 27.72 for TWO combo meals. Food quality was very poor. I called twice and got no answer. I visited on 6/4/23 with food and receipt and asked for a refund. One other customer from 6/3/23 was also trying to get a refund for the same reasons. They claimed they didn’t have the money and refused us both. Me and the other woman said we would wait for the manager to come and they called the police on both of us. An employee named Kat, who is supposed to be a manager, proceeded to smoke a vape right in front of us while telling us she won’t be giving us our refund or doing anything to correct the problem. I’ve asked for area coaches number and franchise owners info and was denied both. I’ve had bad experiences in the past even being able to eat here because the staff will not answer the drive thru pretending that they are closed constantly. Empolyees have literally crawled on the floor to make the restaurant appear to be closed.
