Fries and nuggets were definitely reheated and disgusting. Missed part of my order and skipped me in line. Then the phone number doesn’t work. Only refunded 4$ for the 2 burgers they missed not for the rest of the disgusting food. Manager said she was giving me fresh fries and I almost threw up in the car. Again cold, reheated and disgusting. Will be contacting corporate tomorrow and reporting to the better business bureau. Horrible customer service for someone who has never given them a hard time. Usually during the day the food is better. I wonder if it’s staffing/managerial problems. Very disappointed.

My one year old consumed this drink on 10/06/2022 he has experienced vomiting literally all night the store is located in Pembroke Pines Fl Chapel Trail location. They wouldn’t answer the telephone so when I went back the manager was very very rude and did not assist me with this matter. I have been in the emergency with my child since last night trying to find out what the heck this substance is. We ordered 2 drinks but my daughter didn’t drink hers and they both had the same substance in them.

Food and service is the absolute worst McDonalds ive ever been to. Been here 6+ times now and it’s consistently terrible. For the past year i have not once gotten ice in the soda at drive thru. They pre-fill sodas, no ice – every single time is always warm flat soda. Fries always burnt, rest of food always questionable and cold. They purposely leave customers waiting in drive thru – i was only car, spent over 20 minutes. Kindly ask for a straw, get the look like your crazy. Drive thru is so rude in the afternoons and evening!! Corporate should look into why this place is so terribly operated. I will drive a few miles to go to better. Don’t waste a cent here.

Ordered big Mac and I didn’t ask for extra Big Mac sauce but it was slopped all over the sandwich. I had to take all my usable napkins and wipe all the sauce off the burger and it was just a complete mess. No thank you or anything. Fries was cold and the only thing semi edible was the apple pie. I visited from Atlanta..yuck! Was starving when I ordered and was trying to save money and get something quick but ended up eating half of my sandwich and throwing it all of way..not to mention it came up to around $15 bucks.. Modern robbery.

Manager is super rude and unprofessional. I was missing something I ordered so I told the person at the window and realized they didn’t charge me so I offered to pay. The manager said “ I have to back around and make the line again to pay because they couldn’t accept it at the window”. Then I overhear her telling her employee “ponte las pilas” which in English is a rude way to say hurry up. Won’t be going there again !
