When people say no celentro on their order they mean no celentro. Celentro tastes like soap and this is what I just had to pick out of my food just to be able to eat it. If people too have a food allergy and you don’t pay attention to the orders it could end up with someone in the hospital!

I’ve never actually been to the restaurant but I did order food from them with Uber. I ordered the pad Thai with chicken and shrimp. Charged 5.00 for the chicken and not a single piece in the meal however there was enough egg for breakfast for two ppl so maybe they thought good enough. The 5.00 shrimp was two shrimp (yes i counted) the size of a nickel . The side Caesar salad is about one leaf worth of lettuce, half a teaspoon of parmesan cheese and three croutons. The dressing was tasty. They forgot my extra sauce which I paid for also. Can’t get a refund with Uber so enjoy the extra money you don’t deserve.

I came here with my mother and we were both beyond pleased with the service, options and quality of the food. It was our first time and we looked at the menu for a few minutes at the back of the store and one of the ladies came over and explained how everything works and her recommendations based on our preferences. The choices looked so delicious we decided to grab two dishes each in to go containers and whatever was left over we could easily take home. I had the spicy Korean beef bbq with Wisconsin mac and cheese while mommy had Japanese udon and pad thai. Very delicious, I loved the freshness of the cilantro, lime and other spices. The only downfall is there is only one in NY.

Today I ordered noodles. Clearly stating that the mushrooms were to be removed. As you see from the pictures, they were not. I would like to see the future of America, our youth pay better attention to said directions. Train your staff better, do better. Today it is mushrooms on a single order, tomorrow who knows where their lack of consideration and attention to detail will lead.

The worst customer service from the girl packing up to-go orders tonight! So rude and so apparent that she doesn’t like working there or at least in a position where she has to deal with customers. When my order was ready, she gave me a look and placed it on the counter and not a nice “this is for you” kind of look, never calling my name or speaking to me. She also forgot an item in my order and when I gave her the receipt and told her, she again didn’t say a word to me just ran her finger down my receipt until she saw what was missing, got the missing item, handed it to me and said “sorry”. Nothing more and the furthest thing from a smile you can imagine.
