DO NOT trust their instructions that say you can remove the tray after 10 mins of cooking for a crispier crust. In theory, this probably would work. However, when they roll the dough too thin in the middle, it IS going to lead to an enormous mess in your oven and a really upset/hungry family. First time we’ve tried our local Papa Murphy’s….likely going to be the last.

Website said there was a deal for free delivery through DoorDash starting 4/3/2023. I ordered 4/7, paid a delivery driver tip, and never got my food. DoorDash texted saying they were on their way but every time I checked tracking the time was later and later. I called the store and a girl told me snarkily that they “don’t deliver” because they are a “take and bake, where you come pick it up then take it and then bake it.” My husband went and picked it up and was told the delivery issue was a separate thing and DoorDash would have to refund our tip money in 14 business days, even though the money was paid to Papa Murphy’s. Just not a great experience.

Fast and extremely friendly service, even though it was Halloween. I had to pick up the traditional jack-o’-lantern pizza. The store was clean. It was easy to find a parking spot. I’ve heard that Halloween is their biggest day of the year and they nailed it! Good for the staff at Rigby’s Papa Murphy’s!

Ordered a cheese extra cheese couldn’t taste it all I tasted was bad dough. Nobody knew what they we’re doing & when I arrived everyone was in the back. Wanted a stuffef crust & they said they don’t make it anymore so much 4 a nice treat also found onions & mushrooms in it wife’s allergic

Ordered online today the outlaw pizza, waited for 20 minutes to go pick it up. The kid was in the back room not a single costumer and not a single pizza on their racks, actually think I was his first costumer of the day. My order ticket was still waiting to be torn off the order print off machine, he came from the back room and I stated I had a pizza to pick up, he saw the ticket and said it will take me a few minutes to make it. He acted irritated that he even had to make it. But I waited very nicely while he made it. He handed it to me and headed back towards the back room and I said, hey there’s no BBQ sauce on it, he grabbed it out of my hands and took it over to the prep table and was going to proceed to dump BBQ sauce over the top of it. I then got mad and said, just refund me my money and I will go somewhere else. He raised his voice to me and said, do you want me to make you another one. I told him I would prefer that, and then in a very snotty tone, said, “Oh my God it’s the same thing.” And preceded making the pizza. I should of been smart enough to take the refund, because he intentionally messed my pizza up. It had BBQ sauce on it, but he put hardly nothing on it for toppings. So I ended up paying for a crust with a little cheese and BBQ sauce. The thing that makes me mad, is I left this kid with this poor attitude and poor costumer service a good tip on my card. I hope his management team is very proud of him, because if it wasn’t for their paying costumers, none of them would have jobs.

3 different times I placed an order online thinking that would help me get from work to Papa’s to home to bake the pizza in good time. WRONG! All 3 times I have had to wait until all of the other customers were gone. This last time I sat and watched as new customers came in, placed their orders, picked up their pizzas and left for 30 minutes PAST the time I was supposed to pick mine up. Seriously…the whole store was empty when they decided to make my order! The priority strongly favors those that walk in. From now on, I will get mine in Rexburg!!

2nd time my pizza hasn’t had the sauce on it. Specifically ordered traditional red sauce. When called about it, the girl offered me a coupon for my next order. I understand accidents happen, but the girl was very leaning towards it being my fault saying I didn’t order it correctly.
