Worst delivery experience, they said my food was going to be delivered in 45 min. I was on my lunch break (30 min break) ordered my food at 11:25 am, they said my food was going to be delivered by 12:10 pm at 12:18 I called they said there was aprobó el with the driver, the new delivery time was going to be 12:51 pm. I got the food at 12:59 and the food tested horrible. The chicken in the quesadilla was so chewy, very dry and the tortilla tested weird, I order a tamal and was dry, didn’t taste good at all. The only good thing was the drink. Dry rice.

Spent 99.00 including a tip on a to go order that was ice cold when we got home less than 10 minute drive. The tostadas were soggy, the chimichangas soggy, tropical fajita ice cold, soggy rice with water still in container. The combo with taco and enchiladas cold and soggy taco. Bad experience.

I tried to love this place because they’re tacos were pretty good, but I have ordered 26 times (which I never learn) and all but 2 they forgot to send me limes. The reason they sent the those 2 times was because I called before the dasher left and made sure they didn’t forget. I specifically ask for limes everytime and they just fail to put them in. Not following simple requests is very poor business. I just do not understand how they cannot ever, not once, follow through without their hands being held every step of the way. Unfortunately I will never go back to this place again. Just know if you order through DoorDash and you have special instructions it will not happen. They disregard them all together. I have 24 deliveries as proof they will not follow them. Good food at best and horrible horrible service.

I’d I could give a zero I would. I called to place a pick up order. The girl answer the phone answer it in English and then asked me if I spoke Spanish my joy I’m fluent in Spanish so I placed my order which she wrote back to me five different times incorrectly and I corrected her five different times. She just couldn’t seem to get it so I told her again what I wanted enchiladas Supremes only beans no sour cream, no cheese extra onions. I told her the six different times and when I get to the restaurant to pick up my order it’s completely wrong. When I showed her this to tell her it was wrong she refused to accept that she did not put i. My order correctly. Like it really doesn’t take a college education to work at a restaurant and take an order. I will never order from this location again.
