The food was good and presented nicely. The chicken was juicy, well sauced, and delicious! The staff was friendly and the wait wasn’t long. I loved the variety of sauces available! There is also a hand washing station near the fountain machine, which was super convenient.

Food was amazing but staff seemed untrained or understaffed. They had a rush of 5 people and it seemed like everything stopped. I’m not sure if not giving silverware is normal but I couldn’t find it anywhere and had to ask for some. They also had no peri drizzle for the hummas but I wasn’t told this before ordering.

My order supposed to be pick up at 13:01. I arrived here at 13:02 but still waiting over 25 minutes for the order. The staffs are impolite and no patient at all when I ask about when my order could be ready. When I been told my order ready for pick up I found they forget my fries. So I need to back again and waiting for my fries. They absolutely provide a horrible experience. I wish I can give 0 star!

3.5 Pretty good food. We ordered the chicken burger which was flavored well, the peri peri chicken bowl (loved the rice but it lacked flavor), 1/4 chicken breast which was good & the boneless chicken which was well cooked and spicy. Staff was okay, but we loved the ambience. Really quick service too, we were surprised at how fast the food came!

Probably the most unorganized place to eat at. Ordered food exactly at 842. Currently 927 and we are STILL waiting for food. This is ridiculous. Not even busy for them to be have this long of a wait. No one told us when we walked in there was issues. No one even gave us a update until we asked 20 minutes later. Definitely would not recommend.

After placing my order online and and sitting down to eat my back was to the sauce stand when my friend saw a mouse running under the sauce stand. I’m super freaked at this point, legs in the air like what?! Before we left, we saw a second mouse by the bathroom. I let someone know about seeing the mouse and she was completely unfazed by the comment. Def never coming back.

Was absolutely thrilled when they came stateside and opened up a location near Nationals Park – a great place to grab a bite before or after a baseball game. Such a great meal! I got the chicken thighs hot with brussels sprouts and red mashed potatoes. And the ultimate blessing of this meal was the garlic bread, the best combination of moist, crispy, buttery, and warm. You have to get the garlic bread!
