I think staff has changed every-time I’ve ordered through the app to pickup the food seems old and they have always forgotten the second drink that is clearly on the receipt. The food is not as fresh and good as it used to be. But I always preferred Zaxby’s over any other.

The cashier kaya I think it’s her name. Was just carrying on conversation while our food was sitting behind her and let it sit there for 10 minutes. Trying to make others in the restaurant look bad waited on our food for 18 minutes. After placing the order 10 minutes was because that girl was being very unprofessional. Does not need the position she is in. Someone needs to be there to give direction. Very disappointed in Zaxby’s for not better employees in there district manager needs to have a looking at

I went there tonight 04/11/23 8:24pm. Probably the slowest Zaxbys I’ve ever been too, but they were all moving nonstop and working as hard as they could to get orders out. so I think the issue is definitely the staffing. The 3 stars isn’t for the speed it’s because I paid $4 to get 2 nibblers added and whoever made my meal ripped one chicken strip in half and used it to make 2 nibblers.

We usually eat zaxbys at least once a month and always order 2 chicken finger family packs. Tonight I pulled up at 8:45, I was the only person in line when I got there. I asked the girl what time they closed and she said 10. I ordered 2 family packs. When I got to the window she told me it was going to be 30 minutes. I told her it has never taken 30 minutes even when they are busy. Amazing but she then changed her mind after speaking with the kitchen again and said it would be 10-15 minutes. Then I went to pay cash and she said oh we don’t take $50’s or $100. Even when I was going to give her exact amount using a $50. I know they were just trying to get me to leave. It was very obvious. Extremely disappointed, I got home and told my husband I will never go back. I will say the girl who brought the food to the car was as sweet as she could be. Looked like all high school kids working there, zaxbys may want to get them some adult supervision.
