Absolutely disgusted! Sat in line for 40 minutes for 2 small blizzards. We finally got to the window and I watch as an employee grabs them out of a fridge (no issue, I assume they were made when I ordered and placed there to keep from melting.) She the proceeds to take one over a trash can, completely in my view. Dumps the whole top off as it’s melted, stirs it up to make it look full and then here is the disgusting part- WIPES THE WHOLE TOP OF MY CHILDS ICECREAM OFF WITH HER BARE HAND!! THEN WIPES HER HAND ON HER SHIRT!! She then proceeded to the window to hand them to me and take my payment and me sitting there appalled by what I just witnessed let her know I would not be buying those. I assume it was her manager standing behind her, she asked what was going on and I told her and the girl just stood there quiet, I guess not expecting me to have called her out. The assumed manager asked did I not want them still? HELL No! She offered to remake them but after that wait and filthy act I declined. While pulling off she told the girl to go wash her hands. How about your fired! So disgusting who knows how many people have consumed food she has wiped her dirty bare hands across like that

Going from 5 stars to 1, i do doordash and their lobby is locked at 8:30 even though website shows 10, so i went to the drive through for the order doordash called me for to pick up, it was 9:45, the one girl that was there kept making herself deserts to eat/drink while she looked out the drive through window at us and mouthed what looked like negative comments, but she wouldn’t open the window to help us, Dairy queen officially closes at 10pm so we waited and waited and finally at 10:00pm she went and got a lady with glasses who looked like a manager(not sure) to come tell us the place is closed. I told her i had been there a little over 15 minutes, she repeated they’re closed. Once i told her i had doordash on the phone she ran back and got the customer order. Ill attach a picture of the lady that kept eating and saying things through the window instead of handing us the order.

I would like to start by saying that the food was excellent. However, I haven’t received this level of just plain bad customer service in a long time. We just stopped by on our way to elpaso and there was many other options and we made the mistake of coming here. The cashiers were parking all the cars, and we made it a point to tell her that we wanted extra ketchup, after a long wait, they bring our food our with no ketchup or napkins. Fine we drive back then have to stand at the window for 5 mins, we honk and wave at them and they simply ignore us for more than 5 mins. The cashier then opens the window, only because there was a car behind us. We tell her about the ketchup and she simply hands us ketchup and napkins. She clearly made a face and did not say a word. Worst customer service ever. While waiting we saw several cashiers just simply dancing and on their phones. One of them was eating candy from the containers to make ice cream. We recorded this and will contact whatever local health department yall have which I assume is horrible as well.

Leave it up to this place to take 20 minutes to bring out your food for it to be missing something damn near every time. You better believe that they will charge you for it though all while forgetting to put it in the bag. SMH fast food restaurants here in this town are a joke. It would be better if they went all electronic like the mcdonald’s that’s doing it.

I have been going here for a few months for dinner before I go to work. The staff is is great and they do get your meal out to you as fast a possible considering they get very busy. The food is good and the service is great. Give them a visit. The staff would be happy to see you!
