Half the tables were dirty and there was only one other set of people in here. They will serve the to-go orders before the sit-down orders. Waited 15 min for our food while the to-go’s were filled. When we finally got our food it was cold. Also, they will not serve the proper amount of meat in the sandwiches.

my husband and I sat in an empty drive-through for 10 minutes before deciding to go into the restaurant. We placed our orders. I ordered a salad with chicken and a bowl of soup. My salad came out without the chicken, so I went up and asked for the chicken. I received the chicken and then I did not receive my soup. When my soup arrived it was completely cold. By this time my husband was through eating. I told someone my soup was cold. I received a dirty look and the girl walked passed me. I picked up my receipt and asked for the manager. The manager rudely came over when I asked for a refund and proceeded to chastise me when I said how about an apology. I have never in my life been treated like this in a restaurant and will never patronize this place again!

Second time I have ever been to a Schlotzsky’s. I 1st was probably 15 years ago I ordered a big sandwich on some rye bun I didn’t care for at all. This visit was much better. I ordered a sandwich and it was on a different type bun and it was a very well made and tasty sandwich.

I have been coming to this chain since it opened 3 years ago I think maybe and this is first time they actually gave me what I paid for which was a large original sandwich. They only have given me in the past a regular size when there are 2 options on the menu (regular/large) the price has a very much a difference between the sizes. But today someone finally got it right. Sandwich was good and way too big to finish. That’s why I like the large I get to save some for later. but there’s always room for improvement.

Online order. Chicken avacado Flatbread, paid for extra chicken and extra avocado. Arrived to find manager behaving as if it made her angry to have to hand me my order, shirt tempered and snippity. Got my order and got home to find that there was no avocado on it at all, much less extra. I was not refunded, told or offered a replacement or comp part of the cost. They poured on extra of the orange sauce, way extra and it was gross. I won’t be back.

The reason I gave only a 4 is because of the drive thru menu. It’s been messed up for weeks, and I’d really like to be able to see all of my options when ordering again. I like to rotate through the sandwiches, and I can’t do that if I can’t see the menu :/

Good location just off I-35 and California Street in Gainesville, TX. This location has drive thru and seating inside. Food is hot, fresh, and made to order. Desert Cinnabon is located inside but it’s hit and miss. I’ve had it before, but usually skip it because it’s just not the same as the original location. Don’t believe me, try it for yourself. Drinks are good, tea is fresh brewed. Drinks are free refills, and the employees are great!

Placed an online order that wasn’t ready when we got there. Despite waiting the food was cold, and they forgot 1 item. Went back for it and they didn’t believe us, showed the receipt and they made it. Had to beg for napkins.
